Page 48 of Room Thirty: Perfect Little Doll

“Carey—”

“These aren’t pretty words to get between your legs.” One of my hands dropped and teased her thighs. The pads of my fingers slowly stroked the smooth flesh up and down. “I think you know that.” She swallowed so hard I could hear it.

My heart felt like it was going to burst out my chest, and I knew if I looked at the men next to me, we’d all have the same expectant look on our face.

I turned her around slowly and watched as her eyes bounced from man to man only to land on mine. “I love you guys, too. All of you. The three of you are just… different.”

“A good different, I hope?” Ronan asked, and she smiled. Her eyes dropped to my throat and then rose. “You guys feel like what I always imagined home would feel like,” she admitted. My eyes shut tight.

“We feel like home to you?” I loved that. I wanted us to be that for her.Home.

“I’ve never had that. I mean, I did with my grandma, but it wasn’t always the most stable. You three. Working for you, being around you these last couple of days…” I opened my eyes to see the way she worried her bottom lip. “It sounds stupid, doesn’t it?” I shook my head. I heard Fox call her over to him, and I let her go. My stare never moved from her.

“I love you, Serena. I love you with everything I am, and I want this forever,” he vowed, and she smiled.

“I love you, too, Fox. I want this"—she pointed between us—“forever,” she finished with a whisper.

Ronan pulled her to him, and she went to him like a perfect little doll. Our perfect little doll.

“I love you, Serena. I want to be your home, your soft spot to land on. We want to take care of you. Always.” Her dark eyes sparkled brightly.

“I love you, too, Ronan. So much. I didn’t know I could ever feel this way, much less about three men at the same time.”

“You’re an unexpected gift, Serena,” I rumbled, moving in closer to her. Fox matched me, and I knew we were crowding her. “What color are you?” I asked, and she smiled shyly.

“Green. Bright, luscious, jungle green.”

“Thank fuck,” Fox cursed, and Ronan coughed away a chuckle.

“One more thing.” My hand slipped under the skirt of her dress again, but I didn’t touch her thighs, instead moved to the little part of heaven on earth that existed between her thighs. She was soaked. “Before we get started, we need you to know, after tonight, there is no turning back, Serena,” I laid out.

“Tonight is the start of the four of us. It’s not going to be easy. We’re not easy men. We know that. But we can guaran-fucking-tee that no one will ever come close, not a to a tenth of how we feel about you.”

“I love you guys. I don’t want anyone else.”

“Good answer, baby,” Fox growled.

“We don’t want anything between us, but we will respect whatever you want to do.” I finally spit out, and she blinked. Those long dark lashes of hers fanned up and down.

“Nothing between us?” she asked.

“Birth control, honey,” Ronan shared, and her eyes widened, her lips parted into a pretty O.

“We’re okay wearing condoms, if that’s what you want. We will respect that. But we need you to know we’re clean, and we know you are.”

“What if…”

“A baby?” I guessed, and she nodded. Fuck, the image of her round with our baby did crazy thigs to my already overactive libido. The way her body would grow and change with our child. A little boy or girl who was part her and part ours.

A family we created together.

“We would take care of you and our baby. We’d be a family.”

“Just like that?”

“Just like that,” Fox confirmed as Ronan and I nodded.

“I’m on the pill,” she shared, confirming what my PI had found out. “It’s not that I don’t want a baby or a baby with you guys. It’s just…” She swallowed, then I watched her square her shoulders like she was mentally pep-talking herself, and fuck me, it was freaking sexy.
