Page 34 of Room Thirty: Perfect Little Doll

“How do you know about Club Sin?” She licked her lips.

“Fox.”

“Tell me, little girl, or else,” I demanded just as I heard Carey’s laptop shut close. He was listening to us and our conversation.

“I get your mail. I saw an invite for the grand opening,” she whispered. My eyes dropped to her arms. Her skin was covered with goose bumps. “I was curious, so I looked it up,” she confessed, and my nose flared.

“And?”

“And it sounds…”Filthy? Despicable? My heart froze in my chest as I waited for her to finish her thought. Would she slap me? Try and run from us? “Incredible,” she whispered so softly I almost thought I’d imagined it.

“Yeah?” I asked, my tone rough and out of breath.

“Before yesterday, I thought…” She pressed her lips together and looked toward the small window next to me. I tipped her head upward with my fingers at her chin so she would look at me instead.

“What did you think?”

“I thought you guys were planning on going there with someone else.” My heart thundered in my chest, and I heard Carey curse under his breath before standing up and moving to the seat in front of me that she had moved from.

“There is only you, Serena,” he reassured. I heard heavy steps move. Ronan sat in the seat in front of her a moment later.

“Only you.” he repeated.

“So, you guys, umm, have you ever done this? With, I mean, it’s none of my business but—"

“We have,” I answered, feeling the gaze of the other two men. It might have been too honest, but honesty was always the best policy. Especially when we were building on the foundation we had laid down for the last six months. “Before you came into our lives, we’ve shared women. At Club Sin.”

“Not the one in Nola, but others,” Carey informed her quietly. She glanced at her hands on her lap, obviously deep in thought.

“So, the whole thing about forever… is that, umm, how this usually starts?” she powered through to ask.

I knew our girl. She might be shy, but there was a side of her that didn’t play games. She didn’t like bullshit, and I fucking adored that about her.

“No,” Ronan answered before Carey or I could. “This is a first.” He leaned forward and reached for her free hand. The other was still in mine. “Serena, when I tell you this, I swear to god, I mean it.We mean it.Anyone before you, no matter how they were in our life, as a group or on our own, ceased to exist when you walked into our lives.”

“He’s right. And he’s speaking for the three of us. Right, Fox?”

“Yes.” I nodded. “I told you yesterday, babe, forever.”

“Forever,” she repeated. I could feel the hope vibrating from her. Ronan’s hand left hers and rested on her knee. My teeth mashed together, unsure of what he was going to do but on the edge of my seat to see where things went.

“There is something we need to know before we land, princess.”

“What’s that?” Her voice trembled.

“We’ve told you how we feel. We will keep telling you until we’re blue in the face, too. We don’t mind.” He shifted closer. His hand moved up higher, pulling the material of her dress up. “Do you want us? The three of us?”

“Yes,” she answered without needing even a second to think about it. The click of his seatbelt sounded between us, and I forgot about being nervous because we were thousands of feet off the ground.

I unclicked my seatbelt, and so did Carey.

“You want our hands on you?” Ronan asked. I watched the muscles at her throat contract and relax.

“Yes. God, yes,” she sighed.

“Good girl. Fucking perfect, Serena. We’re going to have a little fun to pass some time. That sound okay with you?”

“Very okay.” She trembled. Without needing to tell me, I lifted the arm rest that stood between us before wrapping my arm around her shoulder. Her eyes found mine, and I smiled.
