He kisses me again then slips out of my body and lies back on the bed beside me. He reaches over and takes my hand, holding it as we lie together in complete silence, our combined breathing ragged.

“That was fantastic.”

Releasing my hand, Bracken rolls to face me then props up on his elbow. “It was,” he agrees. “Does this mean you’ve given our proposal more thought?” He reaches out and traces my nipple with the tip of a finger.

Pleasure warms me.

“I have,” I reply.

“And?”

Swallowing hard, I meet his gaze. It’s terrifying to think of three men taking pleasure with me. But I realize now that I’d been looking at it all wrong. It won’t be them taking their pleasure; it’s a give and take.

And I have no doubt they’ll give even more than they take from me.

“I want to know what it’s like.”

Bracken grins. “To have the three of us worship you like you deserve?” He presses a kiss to my lips. “Because you deserve to be worshipped, Sway. To come so many fucking times you’ll hardly be able to walk.” Another kiss.

“That sounds—amazing.”

Bracken grins. “We’re going to treat you right, Sway. I promise.”

Chapter17

Killian

Itoss and turn as Bracken’s pleasure seeps in through our pride bond. Fucker. He’s not even trying to hide his feelings. Then again, I wouldn’t either. In fact, my inner predator is ready to shout its choice of mate to the world—and that’s not something I’m ready to share. Bracken might be in deep enough to handle the news, but Duncan is still being a moody bitch about the whole thing.

And that’s not even considering how Sway will take the news. Shit, she’ll probably freak the fuck out if she finds out I want more from her than just her delicious fucking body.

Dammit.

My connection with her is so much deeper than sex, and I haven’t even brought her to orgasm yet.

One thing at a damn time, Kill.

Grumpy and blue-balled, I give up on sleep and decide to relieve Duncan early. If I can’t fuck, maybe I can run off the need to. The moon hangs low and heavy as I exit the building into the darkness. By now, the carnival has shut down, and the only people out and about are me and Dunc.

Through the bond, I call to him. “Dude, I can’t fucking sleep with Bracken getting his rocks off,”I tell him. “Tell me there’s a trespasser I can maim.”

“Sorry, it’s quiet out here,”Dunc returns.

“Location?”

“Here.” He steps out of the shadows in human form, and I jump then glare as he grins back at me. “Gotcha.”

“Fuck you,” I tell him.

His grin turns to a chuckle. “Not me, but Bracken might.”

Now, I can’t help but chuckle with him. “That shit was priceless,” I agree.

“And impressive as hell.” His smile vanishes. Back to business already.

“She’s powerful,” I agree, leaning against the building and scanning the darkened tree line out of pure habit. My lion can sense as far as the circus property line, but I still like to keep an eye out.

“She’s been used because of it,” Duncan says, surprising me with the concern in his tone.
